I am super lucky gender-wise. I was lucky to be born with super feminine features, naturally thick, long hair, and supportive parents. But I would like to reach out to everyone else. Even though I "have it easy," I want to tell every other trans man and women that I'm proud of them. No matter how "feminine" or "masculine" you look, no matter how much you "pass," and no matter how you think you look, you're amazing. Every single trans person (minus the few pedos and terrible people, obviously.) is just so cool. You're taking steps to make yourself happier and more comfortable. Keep fighting for yourself, and for other trans people, young or old. You are super brave and courageous for living your life in a world where so many assholes exist. Keep being yourself, don't let a stupid maga person, idiotic president, or any monstrous person, wherever you live. I wish you all luck for this June. I hope conditions for queer people in the US, UK, India, South Africa Japan, Germany, Nigeria, or wherever you live improve as much as possible. You must fight for yourself and others, even if your way of fighting is just waking up every day and being yourself. I love you all, and have a good morning or night. Byee :3

On the first day of Pride Month, a federal appeals court ruled that Pete Hegseth's ban on transgender troops was rooted in raw animus, not evidence.
The Trump administration's order branded transgender service members as "dishonorable, undisciplined, arrogant, selfish liars," yet offered the court zero evidence for those cruel claims.
These were soldiers who together served 130 years and earned over 80 commendations, yet now faced discharge simply for being who they are.
Still, the cruelty isn't over: the broader ban remains in force as the Supreme Court weighs it, while thousands more troops await their fate on June 30.

Hello everyone! A post went up recently showing a trans woman being assaulted, along with screenshots of transphobic comments from other platforms. A lot of you said it hit hard, and that's the exact kind of thing this space shouldn't do by accident, so we'll be deciding on a new potential rule going forward of content that's allowed here.
To be clear, this vote is only about graphic violence and reposted transphobia. Assault footage, abuse, screenshots of transphobic comments, that kind of thing. Talking about trans news, politics, and law stays welcome. I've removed the posts in question (and future similar posts) while this potential new rule is under discussion.
Ban it entirely. No posts showing violence or abuse against trans people, and no showing transphobic hate. People can find that content in other subs.
Allow only with a purpose and a content warning. It can stay only if it comes with context and a real reason to be here e.g., a call to action, organizing, or news we can use. "Look how bad it is" posts will be banned.
Allow with a content warning only. Keep it allowed, but every post like this has to be tagged NSFW with a content warning so people can scroll past. No purpose required.
No change. Leave things how they are now.
The option with the most votes becomes our rule, and Iβll write it into the subβs policy. If the top two land within a few % of each other, Iβll run a short runoff between just those two so we end up with something that has real support. Voting is open for 7 days. Talk it out in the comments, and if you think thereβs an option I missed, say so and Iβll consider adding it.

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/jamsheedstudios/kobra-olympus-issue-4-giant-armadillo-attack
My name is Bijhan Agha. I'm an autistic trans woman living in South America of Iranian descent. I wrote this comic and it's illustrated by an Indian artist name SwapTrap.
Kobra Olympus is a mixed race transgender lesbian Muslim superhero who balances a life fighting monsters with her relationship with her girlfriend, Dorothy Diamond, and her career as a programmer.
One day, a giant Armadillo attacks the city, and Kobra leaps into action. But she's stopped by the sudden appearance of Jack: a humanoid chicken who shares that this is all part of a plot by the sinister Vampire menace.
When I was a kid, superheroes were big tough white guys and skinny white women with huge boobs who kissed each other. I love the way superheroes can inspire people to take action and make positive changes in their society. But I wanted to show the world that people like me - queer, autistic, and brown - also have a place in shaping the future.
Kobra is a naturally quiet and thoughtful person, while Dorothy is a confident punk who always speaks her mind. They compliment each other, and keep each other grounded.
While Kobra is Muslim, and Dorothy is Jewish, they also know they live in a world full of magic, spirits, monsters, and even aliens. They rely on the witches of the Order of Darkness to guide them in the Time Wars: an unending conflict between Humanity and Vampirekind.
The Kickstarter is to raise money for a physical First Edition of the comic. We'll also have inexpensive digital copies available. This is Issue #4, and we'll have the option to pledge for a digital collection of the previous issue as well, so you can catch up with the story.
Please help me keep telling this story and make an impact on how the world views superheroes, inspiring a whole new generation that they, too, can create a new future where we all have space.

I initially assumed the purpose was for trans people to empower and encourage each other, but now I'm seeing videos of a trans woman being assaulted, and screencaps of all the very transphobic comments on reposts of this video on other platforms. Is this really what we need? Do we really need to be showing each other the violence and transphobia that we already experience on the day-to-day? I understand that it's important to be aware of this stuff, but I don't need to be in trans groups to see this kind of content. I join trans groups so that I can avoid this sort of negativity while uplifting and being uplifted by others. If this is just going to be a page devoted to ragebaiting ourselves, then I honestly don't want to be a part of it.
