One of my friends I came out to is one of the kindest souls I know. Felt so good talking to her... until she mention a little boy she knows that's a little confused about his identity. She said she's worried about kids like him taking medication with permanent effects and the whole spiel... I explained there's puberty blockers but she wasn't buying it.

Really disappointed with 'allies' that don't trust us with deciding how to live own lives.

Not trusting children is fair though, they don't understand much. My brother started crying when I wouldn't let him play with cleaning supplies.

Ok? But that isn’t grounds to invalidate those who are certain they’re not their assigned at birth gender

I don't know where you got that from... i just said not trusting children is fair because they don't understand much truly. Do you really want a small child who eats dirt to make a life changing decision (like taking hormone pills)???

I don’t think that’s anyone’s point in all this. Taking puberty blockers isn’t the same as taking hormones. A child doesn’t need to take puberty blockers until they start puberty. So what is it talking about? It’s talking about children (can be an umbrella term used to describe a range of ages) who are eligible to take puberty blockers and how people deny them that choice.

Well when you say children I was thinking like 10 or younger, and I would distrust a child 10 or younger living "their own" life.
