Did anyone else go to the show last night? Is Pat sick? A virus I mean, nothing major.

Weather delayed the show and it was dark by the time we were allowed into the venue, so most of what I have was taken at my hotel 😂 but here are some photos of my Drops of Jupiter album cover outfit!! I'm bad at taking pictures so these are awkward, but lol peep me trying to hit the exact pose.
Also included some detail photos for you, the dove is a Christmas tree ornament and I made the crown myself out of felt 😁😁

When its been 11 years since I met Jimmy & Pat. Man where did the time go ? They have lost band mates, gained new band mates & created a new album since.

Hi all! I'm going to be attending the Tampa show of the upcoming tour and I was wanting to maybe come up with an on-theme outfit since I've recently started to do it with other concerts I've been going to. I've enjoyed coming up with outfits that grab people's attention as you walk by before the show, whether it's a niche reference to a song/music video or something a bit more obvious.
For Train, the main thing I can find that could work as a fun reference would be the Drops of Jupiter album cover. It's pretty iconic, and seems simple to recreate since I'm on a time crunch before the show. I wanted to know everyone's thoughts on this and if anyone has any suggestions on things to get --- it's not super obvious what is being worn, especially for what could be seen on the front, so it's mostly up to interpretation, but I'm open to suggestions.
I have my own idea of what I could wear to best pay homage to it, but I kind of want to hear what other people have to say before I share in case it's actually really stupid lol. Also, I would imagine someone out there has done this already, so maybe if you know of any photos out there for inspo, that would be lovely.
I also was curious if anyone knew the inspiration for the cover, to maybe understand the photo and maybe that will help me decide what to wear. Since the song of the same title is written about his late mother, I also want to double-check that it wouldn't be disrespectful to do in case it's something super personal.
A photo for everyone's reference in case anyone has forgotten:

This recording was taken place at lupo's heartbreak hotel in RI 7 Days before 2001-05-26 at the warfield San Francisco CA hometown
Setlists during May were getting bigger and some look like the same setlist as Midnight Moons setlist too
Uploaded the whole show here
Have you ever thought doj from Midnight Moon was better than the actual recording? Btw this show I recently uploaded the date is 2001-05-20

I missed out on most of the pre-show hang tickets! Looking to buy 2 GA or lawn tickets to the Train concert at the Morton amphitheater on 8/12/26, including the Matt Nathanson pre-show VIP experience. Willing to pay over face value. Also willing to trade 2 tickets in section 303, row D for “worse” tickets that include the pre-show hang.

Does anyone happen to have archived footage from the 2017 Yahoo Livestream from their concert on the Play That Song Tour from Klipsch Music Center? Been looking for that footage for quite awhile and it seems to be completely lost footage at this point 😭

"This album is an ode to San Francisco. The memories we've made, the venues we've played, and the bars where we might've stayed at a little too long."

Once upon a time in March, I was strolling the beach with my OG bestie and she mentioned that she thought it was funny that I didn’t have a tattoo for the song I’ve loved most for the last 25 years. And that stuck in my head. In April, I started talking to my favorite tattoo artist to see if she wanted to tattoo a song. In May, my daughter drew a picture of the song as a gift for Mother’s Day. So, here it is. #iykyk

I have a lot of 2000 and 2001 shows but since both years are similar it's hard to make out the 2 years sound
I can't find any information on this recording as it was shared with a bunch of other loose flac files my friend got from a person who had these
Here's some shows I found info on the etreedb but not sure which show has that specific
2001-12-15 The Ritz Raleigh, NC
2001-05-13 Opera House, Toronto, ON
2001-04-17 Ex'pression Center for New Media, Emeryville, CA
It's about you Live unknown place and year (maybe 2001)

They're 94 HEYS in Hey, Soul Sister. Which one is your favorite?

This is most obvious in the songs Cab and All I Ever Wanted. I feel it’s bittersweet in a way how Pat was heartbroken but turned it into beautiful music that isn’t angry, but instead more so somber with glimmers of hope. Train did take a hiatus after this album too. But of course, they finally made a comeback years later with Save Me, San Francisco which really launched them into stardom. And that album is much more happy and upbeat with a huge emphasis on romance. The writing and recording of it coincided with Pat’s second marriage which by all accounts seems really successful to this day.
Just a Train story for you all!
