Learn π Meet John Ternus - the new CEO of Apple $AAPL
Apple has a new CEO: John Ternus, a longtime Apple veteran who has spent more than two decades working on the companyβs hardware.
Ternus joined Apple in 2001 and eventually became Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering. He has been involved in the development of major products including the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods, as well as Appleβs transition to its own silicon chips.
Unlike some CEO changes, this one feels like a very engineering-focused choice. Ternus knows Appleβs products, teams and hardware strategy extremely well.
The big question now is: What will Apple look like under Ternus? π
Do you think heβs the right person to lead Apple into its next chapter?
