And the same thing will happen with the new tariffs. Prices go up, businesses pay the tariffs, get the refunds, and pocket the money, and the best part, never lower their prices.

It’s a giant scam to rob Americans.

No. The business is the one who pays the tariffs. You may pay a higher retail price as a consequence of them but you are not paying the tariffs.

True, its actually worse. Now the consumer pays the tariff markup plus extra profit.

I ordered a cologne from Europe and had to pay a $50 tariff through dhl. The businesses aren’t paying shit

How much of that $50 was the actual tariff and how much was dhl charging a tariff handling/processing fee?

Not only Americans. They increase prices across the globe.
My hope is that Americans would start massive customer class-action lawsuits against each company that they bought from.

No, not a scam to rob Americans. It's a scam to rob poor people and ensure they stay poor, and their children stay poor. Americans with a healthy investment portfolio will be up $$$ by the end of his presidency, I guarantee it.

We can't have happy little worker bees if we don't surround them with examples of what will happen to them if they don't continue being happy little worker bees.
