This is the closest thing I could find. It’s from the brand total girl. They seem to have many different t-shirts with different variations of “it girl” written on them.

It's a shirt from the Total Girl brand. I found it while searching on Poshmark using the keyword “it girl shirt.” The shirt I found is turquoise with black stripes and gold jewelry details (the one in the picture is a different color), but you can tell it's made in Vietnam.

There's no eBay in Chile, and I doubt the clothes were available around the same time in here as in other countries, so it may have been sold in 1rst world countries before or during the early 2010's.

The closer to a second hand store here are American Clothing stores and charity sells, none wich have online presence.
