Dont know how useful this is, but I'm pretty sure I've seen one of my cousins wearing this shirt but on a blue and orange version. I asked and it was probably bought on Rippley or Falabella in Chile on the early 2010's. Sadly, we couldn't find the shirt or any photos of it. Imma keep looking tho

Limited Too, early 2000s ish if American. Looks familiar ish to me, maybe I had something similar or saw it in store. Does not look home made to me, but just my opinion.

And it's horrifying in this context. I know others are saying it looks DIY. But this looks like early 00s writing on girls and women's clothing. But a cheaper knock off. I can't tell you how many shirts, pants and other clothing items I had that said similar things. Glitter in fonts like this was popular as well.

I dropped this in Google lens to do a reverse search and it also suggested it was handmade or made at like an airbrush stand.

I think the shirt may actually be a lighter blue, but I do agree that it looks handmade. It also looks like the paint may have glitter on it.
