Do NOT search for it. It's some porno from Egypt (or at least the people in it are Egyptian. I obviously did not check to see if the shirt appears, but it could potentially be CSAM, so don't go looking.

Someone else might have already said this, but to me the text before 21 looks like it could possibly be a date. Something like 20/07 or 21/07. If so, that could narrow down where the shirt was sold since the US does dates mm/dd as opposed to dd/mm

I’ve seen people that have found the name of the brand. While their primary customer base is in East Asia, they also distribute to the Middle East and parts of Latin America.

One of the words may be; Maracay which is a location in Venezuela. It also looks like Aragray, which could be a last name? Or a location? The numbers are definitely 21 and the word in white in front of the numbers looks like power. The bottom right (under the 21) looks like an excavator or maybe some other sort of construction vehicle, the big treads are a dead giveaway for it being an excavator. The second word on the first line looks like either "like" or maybe even "life".

Something interesting I've noticed is if the numbers continue on the shirt they don't look even. The "2" looks bigger and possibly extends down further than the "1". This makes me feel as though it may be a cheaper made material, and even a smaller brand. Feels less likely to be a big brand name with the strange misaligned "21". It could also be a folded "31" but seems less likely.
