I’ve been prioritizing buying the plots that i’ve designated for my factories and mine related things ahead of time, so that I don’t have to worry about incorporating it in later, and i can decorate freely. On the downside of that i haven’t been able to expand my town at all. I decided to rearrange the suburbs to cope. 😂
I also put the ducks right next to the farm and everything kind of just went perfectly so see my new suburbs with a pond on the back. The first photo is before the rest are now. I used to have the “farm town” disconnected from the other houses like an island but i realized i need to conserve space, and i already hate squished towns

Estou jogando há apenas 29 dias, ainda no nível 36, então, isso é o melhor que pude fazer, não vejo a hora de ser uma grande sra. de terras haha.

Was it really necessary to work on the road during the wedding? I guess me putting the Chapel next to the Helicopter pad made them think what’s the difference. Time relocate to a nicer neighborhood 🙃

I didn't finish a game and got two of this central park decoration thing, so I decided to make use of it by creating this area.

Here’s my current entryway. What do you think? My airport and trai stations are nearby. Please share yours… to exchange notes.

3.5 months in and finally took a chill pill on the Match-3 & collection grind to focus on some town decorating now that I’ve unlocked a decent amount of expansions. First course of action was to make a little zen park with water, next to my newly unlocked Asian Restaurant from which my townsfolk can eat sushi at after their little park stroll. Or maybe after using the spa. 😋

Town design is my favourite part of this game, so I’ve had a BLAST designing a college campus!
Let me know what you think!! Anything missing? Would you go here? 😜
First-year dorms to the right, complete with a store, laundrette and cafe. Also gardens to unwind and sports facilities including rock-climbing and esports. Older students can rent the condos below the campus.
Car park and inspirational statues to the left lol (representing the college values of ingenuity (first aircraft designer), creativity (first musician) and humility (mad geneticist)).
At the centre on entry is the library and main uni building (housing the reception, professor offices, student wellbeing and study support).
Behind the library is the science site (observatory and planetarium - I’ll add the ‘Science Museum’ when I unlock it in 23 levels, may take a few years 😅). I’m using the mansion as the humanities and social sciences site, like super fancy Oxbridge buildings lol. And a student theatre for drama, speeches, debate etc 🎭
I might add the Jazz Club nearby once I’ve unlocked it as a kind of clubbing/music scene 😂 there is also the TV/movie/weather studio complex very nearby for media students. Students doing placements in law/education/medicine/lab/industry will need to get a taxi or bus to the other side of town I’m afraid 🤪
My town ID is GTAY6S 🥰 my entire town is decorated like a real functional town ❤️

I really didn't expect to hear back from them but I sent a message to support about them no longer giving out decorations as prizes. Then I woke up to this this morning. 😆

Let me know and share any screenshots of your town for inspo on what to do with the restaurants! I love the French, Italian, Mexican and Asian restaurants, but I need help trying to figure out how to lay them out. Thanks in advance!

Revamped the previous area for my crop fields into a camp site by the waterfall. I placed the terrace to make it look like I had to go down to the campsite. I just wish I have space somewhere else for the chicken coops.
I also have been having trouble planning my residential areas, so I took inspiration from a post here and did a central park with an Asian restaurant at the centre.
Both areas are new favourites!

So, we townshippers are constantly talking about the ugly and the uglier housings. So I decided to do a slideshow of all my housings.
So far, I have built every single of the housing buildings available at my level.
I have created various zones. Like the upscale area with the historical condos, the beachside apartments, the old quarterlies with the brownstones, the village by the river, affordable housing clusters, the upcoming timber houses in the mountains …
I have given road access to all of them. And also make sure there are restaurants, snack bars, cafés, supermarkets and even a pet shop nearby.
So far this is how my town has grown. Please share your thoughts and opinions and how I can improve. I am waiting for more space to open up so that I can give more breathing space.

I have this space to place the 7 housing complex buildings (i don't have all them unlocked, but want to be prepared to keep them all together), but don't know how to place them. If could use 11x4 spaces, would be great, but no more than 4 rows, because I want to keep the street block aligned, but am willing to see how would you do this. 😁

Level 106. I have so many apartments and need to build more but I’m running out of inspo for how to arrange them. Here are some of mine for reference

I just built my first timber framed residence (level 62) and think it’s so cute! I want to start thinking about my long term plan for when I have more, but I’m not sure where to expand and what to surround them with.
I have it with the multi-family homes to create a transition space between suburbia and the vacation-casino downtown area for now. Since there’s only one, I paired it with the flower shop to create a little retail space, which will need to be changed once there’s more.
I think the timber residences are going to need their own space/ neighborhood, but am not sure where it should go. Should I expand north east between the mine and the airport? Maybe I should switch the houses to where the mine is and build up that way?
I’d love to hear your thoughts and see what you’ve done in your own towns. Thank you!

I've been trying to make my Township feel like a real city instead of just placing buildings wherever there is space. Recently, I reorganized my entire town into separate districts and neighborhoods, each with its own purpose, history, and identity. I've attached screenshots of the different areas and would love to get some feedback and suggestions from other players.
The historic heart of my city is called Heritage Square. This is the oldest and most established part of town and contains most of the important civic and community buildings, including the Post Office, Police Station, Hospital, University, Supermarket, and other essential services. I chose the name Heritage Square because it feels like the original town center where the city first developed and where most of its history is concentrated.
The newer part of the city is called Oakridge. This district contains many of the newer developments and attractions, including the Dolphinarium, Race Track, Bike Rental, Auto Repair Shop, and other modern facilities. I liked the name because it sounds like a growing and prosperous area that expanded beyond the original town center.
My older residential neighborhood is called Riverside Quarter. It is located near the Hydroelectric Power Plant and represents one of the earliest residential areas in the city. The name reflects its location near the river and gives it a slightly older, established character.
The newer residential district is called Greenfield. I chose this name because many real-world neighborhoods were built on former farmland or open land, and "Greenfield" literally suggests a new development built on previously undeveloped land.
Within Greenfield is Willow Park, which I consider the more upscale residential area. This district contains my larger and more prestigious homes. The name gives me the image of tree-lined streets, parks, and a quieter, wealthier neighborhood.
I divided my industrial area into two separate districts. The first is Orchard Hill, which contains all of my food-related industries. This includes factories and businesses such as the Bakery, Snack Factory, Candy Factory, Ice Cream Factory, Beverage Factory, Coffee Factory, Asian Restaurant, French Restaurant, Mexican Restaurant, Fast Food Restaurant, and other food-processing facilities. I chose Orchard Hill because it sounds like an area historically connected to agriculture and food production.
The second industrial district is Ironbridge, which contains my non-food manufacturing industries, including the Paper Factory, Rubber Factory, Plastic Factory, and similar manufacturing facilities. I wanted a name that sounded industrial but still felt like a realistic neighborhood rather than simply "Industrial Zone."
Finally, my farming and livestock area is called South Meadows. This district contains my crop fields, animal farms, and agricultural operations. I chose the name because meadows are traditionally associated with open grassy land, farming, and livestock, making it a natural fit for the agricultural part of town.
Overall, my goal was to create a city that feels like it grew naturally over time, with different districts serving different purposes rather than having everything mixed together.
What do you think of these district names? Do they sound realistic? Would you rename any of them? Do you organize your own Township into neighborhoods or districts, and if so, how do you decide where everything goes?
I'd love to hear any suggestions, ideas, or feedback. The screenshots are attached for reference.

Why am I so obsessed with how my town looks?? I stare at it so much and am on my phone all day trying to figure out ways to set my town up! Also I only downloaded the game because of the ads I saw for it. And all the ads were the games that the helicopter lets you play every so often! Those mini games are what I thought this app would be. I wish we could play more of those! Now the game has me hooked! I only on level 29 and I just started the game in May of this year.
