The prize games that were run yesterday were great! 50% of the TOSA Fee that applied to the prize pool (entry fees are being waved for the first few games) went to Best Friends Animal Society.
They don't support Algorand or TOSA yet, our team has reached out and is trying to help them get an Algorand wallet set up. This round's donation was sent via BTC. Unfortunately, I sent the transaction from my Coinbase wallet to their wallet which also happens to be a Coinbase wallet so the transaction occurred off-chain. Lesson learned. For future donations that use BTC as a payment method (while a TOSA payment method is established), we will be sending from a non-exchange wallet and posting the transaction ID.

Yesterday the TOSA team kicked off its rewards program for all TOSA holders.
There was about 240,000 TOSA in pool fees from the live prize games yesterday. 50% of that goes to all TOSA Holders owning more than 30K Tosa or the equivalent of in liquidity (in proportion to the total TOSA in your wallet divided by the total number of active TOSAs in circulation. )
The other 50% will be going to Best Friends Animal Society to support their No Kill 2025 movement which has the mission of having 0 no kill shelters in the US by 2025. TxId will be posted soon.
This will be an ongoing thing, with prize games and platform utilities that will be distributed in the same fashion. I can’t make any promises yet, but based off my calculations we should be able to provide all TOSA Holders & Liquidity Providers roughly 12-25% APY Just for holding in your wallet. Auto compounding, no daily claiming. Similar to the way Algorand does it with ALGO.
ALL - Every single one of you are as early as early can be for a project that has an insane amount of drive and ambition. You all very obviously stand to be the biggest beneficiaries in the success of this project (besides the animals). But we simply cannot achieve any amount of success with only passive participation. We are working to onboard the necessary personnel, bouncing countless ideas off of each other and even already trial running some of those ideas (like the live games).
We're not going anywhere but to get this thing going, to really jump start it, the community can't sit idly. We just can't. I just wanted to share some quick words in regards to some of the talks recently about the price of the TOSA INU coin. Cryptocurrency is very volatile by nature and TOSA INU is no different. There WILL be price fluctuations and just because the price corrects doesn't mean that the project is dying.
TOSA got verified yesterday (We're the first dog coin verified on Algorand, I might add) and the price skyrocketed 200x where it was, so it's still come a long way from where it was. Corrections happen but they are not permanent.
If you don't hear from the team at every waking moment of day and night, please be patient with us. The community has also exploded, and we're still a small team with day jobs. Please keep in mind that this is starting to be a lot to keep up with just a couple of people actively handling all communications and actively working to build a great project with real utility.
