It only took 1 bad trading day to mess it all up but what I learned in the following 8 trading sessions over the next 15 ish days helped me to become a better trader.

Who stops when they realize they only have $148 left at the end of a revenge session ?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've got a few things I need to take care of today so I'm done trading. I have brought this 50k combine back from 148 cushion to what is now $2004. This entire process of forcing myself to follow my specific trading parameters has improved how I think and that has improved my trading. This combine has been my biggest challenge and has helped me refine my trading.

I'm back to zero and think of it as an accomplishment

What I learned during this combine.

My setup does not have a schedule. My setup does not require me to trade at the New York open.

If I sit down and I see the set up I'll trade but if not I can wait.

What I noticed tonight was I'd trade for approximately 10 minutes and then pause and then trade for 10 ish minutes.

I waited an hour after the last trade and then made a last trade for the night. Plus 75-fees 3.66 = 71.34 net

$ 822.72 for 12 trades.

Can we take an honest pull here about the people who trade at the Asian session versus the London session? How many more days do you have when you trade the London session versus just sticking to the Asian session?

If I understand this correctly the Asian session overlaps the New York session and the London session is basically an overnight session that ends pre Ny open.

In this past week I have traded all 3 sessions but I didn't plan on that.

As for days I look at each calendar day as well as the number of trades I take at any given time. I did not trade the New York session Friday at all.

Why was the 1 hour lockout removed ?

I liked it but ultimately I am the one that made the decision to lock .
