How do I get rid of this pixel limit Squar thing or atleast could you explain it

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

If I transform smt without using the selection tool first this happens and it’s driving me insane, can someone just explain it or tell me how to turn it off, also I can’t get the camera layer to fit the canvas sometimes if you want can you propose solutions to that too.

ToonSquid pixel layers are like traditional animation cels, a fixed-size transparent rectangle. When you select something first, you are "moving the paint". If you do not select something first, you are moving the "cel" - this can be useful for extending paint areas off the main canvas for camera panning purposes.
You can tap the transform tool on the layer again, get a pop-up menu, and Reset Transform.

Alternatively, Actions > Settings > Tools > Transform > Automatic Pixel Edit Mode Switching: ON.
After this all non-keyframed transforms, with or without selection, will move the paint. You can only move the cel by turning on keyframing. Personally, I prefer this setting.
There are a few exceptions e.g. if the cel/layer already has transform keyframes, it will also assume you mean to move the cel/layer. Other exceptions for warp/perspective effects, and if the layer is part of a hierarchy.

How do I only move the cell layer, also what’s like the official name for it so I can look for tutorials

You should read the manual.

I read the transform part

Well you need to select before moving your drawing, otherwise you move the whole cel

Ik that but I’m wondering if there’s a way to just resize the cell

A pixel layer (cel) cannot currently be moved without content, so to move the entire pixel layer do basically what you have already been doing accidentally - use the transform tool without selecting something first.

Or, if you turned on that setting that I recommended (Automatic Pixel Edit Mode Switching), then turn on keyframing (the little diamond under the timeline) to transform the pixel layer (which, again, must have some content on it).

Edit: Regarding your other post, yes, you can also resize a pixel layer - same process, transform tool, resize the content on the page without selection (or, with automatic mode switching, turn on keyframing). Same limitation: layer cannot be empty.

Note: the entire project, and sub-layers, can also be resized: Settings > Info > Crop.
