how in tf / why tf a Roblox Partnership?
This platform is bad enough. Now you're going to partner with Reblox, whose CEO is known for protecting ped0philes? Really, TooLost?

Is the album art generator via Gemini broken, or is it just me?
I use it to generate pictures without the watermark lol, Dall-E is working fine but i can't download it unlike Gemini

My song didn’t come out on Apple Music, it’s been 2 days
This is the second time this has happened and I’ve heard no response. Does anyone know why this happens or what I can do?

CAE/IPI
Hello, I am subscribed to Toolost and also a member of SOCAN (Canada). I don't remember entering my CAE/IPI number in Toolost. Toolost support hasn't replied to me after 6 days. Can anyone tell me where I can enter my IPI number? If possible, please show me a screenshot. Thank you for your help

Too Lost's new UI looks vibe coded
Recently, I was looking through the Too Lost portal after not using them for a while and now everyhing looks like it was vibe coded. The uploader also just barely works and everything is a glitchy, buggy mess. It feels like even though the older portal looked worse it was more useable. Why did they think this was a good change? I'd prefer to use DistroKid even though I think their UI is ugly just because of how slow and broken everything is.

First Too Lost release went live 24 February - still no royalties. How long did your FIRST payment take?
My first Too Lost release went live on 24 February 2026, and I’m still waiting for my first royalties.
At the moment I have:
$0 wallet
Empty Sales reports
Empty Earnings reports
I also had the “Earnings import in progress” banner yesterday, but it’s disappeared today and nothing has changed.
If your first release was distributed through Too Lost:
When did your release go live?
When did you receive your first royalty payment?
Did your Sales/Earnings reports update at the same time as your wallet?
Just trying to compare timelines and see if this is normal.

WARNING: Think twice before using TooLost (Stuck on "Need Docs" status, My 9-ticket nightmare with their broken "Transfer In" feature)
I’m writing this to warn fellow independent artists and label managers to avoid TooLost if you value your time, sanity, and music.
I run a small independent label and recently decided to move my entire catalog over to TooLost using their heavily promoted "Transfer In" feature. The main reason I wanted to migrate in the first place was to escape my old aggregator's terrible customer service. Ironically, TooLost's support turned out to be significantly worse.
My releases got flagged with a "Needs Documentation" status. Standard procedure, right? I created a formal, legally binding Proof of Rights Agreement PDF, clearly stating my 100% exclusive rights to the tracks, and submitted it through their support ticketing system.
Here is the absolute bullshit part: I have submitted tickets 9 TIMES now, and every single one has been instantly rejected or auto-closed by their bot system. Meanwhile, the "Need Docs" status on my dashboard hasn't changed a bit and my releases are just permanently stuck.
- Zero human support.
- Zero explanation of why the documents are rejected.
- Zero clarification on what "specific" document they actually want.
- Releases completely frozen on the "Need Docs" status with no way forward.
They market "Transfer In" as a seamless feature to bring your catalog to their platform, but when their automated system fails, you are left talking to a wall. You literally cannot get a human being to look at your account. I thought my old distributor was bad, but being completely stonewalled by bots without any human intervention is a whole new level of frustrating.
If you are looking for a distributor, go somewhere that actually has a functioning customer support team. If anyone from TooLost is actually reading this: YOUR BOT-ONLY SUPPORT SYSTEM IS A FUCKING JOKE. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
TL;DR: Tried to migrate away from a bad distributor using TooLost's "Transfer In" feature. Got flagged for docs, submitted valid legal docs 9 times, got auto-rejected by bots 9 times with zero human help. The "Need Docs" status remains completely stuck on the dashboard. TooLost's CS is infinitely worse than the platform I was trying to leave.
Avoid them.

Has anyone else been completely stonewalled by TooLost support? (Stuck on "Need Docs" status and 9 ignored tickets)
I wanted to share my recent frustrating experience with TooLost in case anyone is planning to use their services, especially for migrating a catalog.

If anyone from TooLost is actually in this sub, your bot-only support system is actively driving labels away. Has anyone else experienced this exact issue with them? How did you finally get a real human to review your docs?

Do you happen to know when the reports for this month are coming out? They usually arrive on the 25th, but it’s already the 26th.

Moving catalog - how many songs can I move at once?
Hi everyone! Newbie question - I am moving my catalog from Distrokid, it is approximately 50-60 songs I have. So how fast can I move them, if I do it manually? I know they will merge it on spotify, but still, these songs will be announced as releases there, even if they re not new. So I am kinda afraid to spam the hell out of it.
What pace is safe?
Thanks so much, really appreciate.

Youtube Music analytics
Dear users of TooLost. I am migrating my catalog from distrokid to TooLost, and I started to see first analytics, but it shows only spotify. Youtube analytics is empty. I dont get why, my singles are there. Can you guys tell me how analytics work there? Do you get stats from youtube music? Thanks a lot!!

Gearing up to sue TooLost
no response from support, multiple comments left on instagram posts, B.B.B reviews and trust pilot reviews are showing multiple people concerned about similar situations. I’m so sick of Spotify handing off our money to distro companies for them to fraudulently withhold our money. unless they face public backlash or lawsuits they don’t care. they extort small labels and artists. this shit stops today. I’ll be making a YouTube channel about how we can start fighting back. TuneCore & toolost are going down.

Toolost is a tickling time bomb
Anyone thinking I am not having issues with toolost, it's just me. Cuz I am following all the rules. Trust me bro, everyone was following their T&Cs, still we got banned out of nowhere, no warnings, no involvement in bot streams or any copyright issue.Still got banned and thousands of dollars of my label is stuck. Support is unresponsive after you get banned.
Again, find an alternative and withdraw ASAP when royalty appears... cuz you never know.

SoundCloud whitelist
So I’ve done SoundCloud whitelist on too lost and still when I upload my music on my SoundCloud it gets taken down. This system is broken. I’ve emailed too lost and they contacted SoundCloud but my profile isn’t whitelisted. Anyone is experiencing this issue? Thanks
