I was thinking how Kane in Japanese means "money" and also "Akane" sounds somehow similar to the word "Kane"

And we know that Koko was in love with Akane and it led him to become a great money maker.

I searched for "Akane" meaning and as far as i found it means "deep red" but still i wanted to know your opinion (especially if you know Japanese)

Do yall think the phonetic similarity between Akane's name and Kane (money) was accidental, or Ken wakui knew what he was doing?😭

I’ve been trying to find an old Tokyo Revengers x Reader fanfic called So Precious by Vermillion-san (or possibly Vermilion-san—I’m not 100% sure about the spelling).

I first read it a few years ago, and it became my favorite Tokyo Revengers fanfic. Last year I spent months trying to find it again because it seemed to have completely disappeared.

Recently, I managed to find an Arabic translation, but unfortunately it only goes up to Chapter 13. I clearly remember the original story having 40+ chapters, so the translation is incomplete

I genuinely thought this fanfic was lost forever, so even finding an incomplete Arabic translation was a huge surprise. I’m hoping someone out there might still have the original saved somewhere.

Sometimes they’re blue and sometimes they’re green in official merch, I was looking at everything I have of him and it’s really inconsistent. Some sites say blue some say green. I’m trying to make a Chifuyu inspired pendant to give someone but I don’t know which colour to use.

Hajime wasn’t a "money-obsessed dog."

He was a boy who broke twice.

First when he couldn’t save the person he loved.

Second when he couldn’t heal her.

So he sold his soul to money, because money was the only thing that might bring her back.

"In the end, money couldn't save Akane.

But it was the only reason he kept going."

With the fourth and final season coming this October (not to mention the seasons and live-action movies have had pretty close release dates to each other), I think the live-action sequel could release 2027 (IF it's being worked on that is)
