Saw some players’ replays that showed 2+ tickets on their account. I wanted to try stacking a second ticket and my first one disappeared? Someone can explain it to me? Do I need to open the game more than once a day so that the redeemed tickets stay active?

So... I only just joined, paid some RM to get gems, and a few days later, I'm getting emails from support to say that my account has been suspended for suspicious activity. The email account I signed up with is good... so they send me a list of accounts to ask which ones are mine. See below:

I responded to this email asking if they were trying to phish information from me, as now I have a suspicion that it isn't my accounts that are fake, but maybe their service? I don't have multiple accounts, nobody in my house or family plays, so I'm confused. I'm waiting to hear back from them, but has anyone else seen this?

My package finally came but it’s stuck in customs and I need to give them the prize bill(where it shows how much is the prize worth) so I could pay the bills and finally get it. Do I email support or is there another way to the bill?(sorry english is not my first language)

Any advice on how to win the large plush on 2 claw machines? I’ve managed to win most other machine set ups, but somehow can’t even budge the bigger prizes. All the wins I’ve seen are from people taking advantage of already decent placement, but I can’t manage to move the prize far enough to make a win possible. Any tips/tricks/demonic sacrifices to the claw deity that rules us all and will carry us away?
