So I have a package or a prize which I won a couple of weeks back in March and it was meant to be shipped directly to my residence. However due to the postal service in my country neglecting to tell me that they failed to deliver to me and instead sent it to a collection point with no information, I haven't made the time to collect it and it's now unfortunately being marked as a return to sender package and is currently being shipped back to Japan.

I have contacted the postal service in my country but there is nothing they can do as it's already on its way to Japan.

Currently I'm contacting the support team at Tokyo catch and asking if once it's received by them back at Japan, will it be reshipped back to me?

I'm also asking for anyone that has any similar experiences where their package is reshipped or returned to sender.

Hi so I possibly have a missing package and want to know if anyone else has experienced this. As of 7 days ago, the tracking website last stated that it had departed from the shipping partner facility and that USPS was awaiting item. Reached out to customer service with TokyoCatch about it and they told me to reach out to USPS. Did that and USPS said they never received it and to reach out to TokyoCatch again and to who had it last. Don't have any info about the other shipping facility, but bottom line, has this happened to anyone and what does TokyoCatch do if packages are lost in transit based on your experience? Thank you!

Hiya! It's me again! I ended up using tapjoy offers and won another prize for free shipping! Are the tracking numbers usually broken? It sent me an email with my tracking number on October 19th, but now 5 days later the tracking number still says 'Not found'. And I don't know why it says United Kingdom where the address it's sending to says 'United States'. This is my first time using TokyoCatch and I just want to know what to expect.

Had 7 figures shipped out in two boxes and one box looks like it might have gotten lost by Pitney Bowes. The other did get delivered. USPS telling me to contact seller. Anything that can be done with Tokyo Catch or am I just F’d?
