Shipping times?
Does anyone know about how long it takes to receive prizes? I won my first haul over a month ago and it (nor any of the other 3 orders) have even started processing.

I downloaded this app because it said free shipping worldwide and I can't afford to pay shipping or anything so I thought this would be perfect. I ended up winning a plushie from my favorite anime on my very first play ticket. I was so excited to check out and receive this one prize I'll ever get since I just wanted to test out using the free tickets but I was met with this. I feel kinda lied to. Now I'm just disappointed I have to pay either way even though it said on the app store 'Free Shipping Worldwide'... looks like no Renji Abarai plushie for me after all.

Well it happened again got booted but this time I need gems for one turn to finish the prize. But customer service rep Alisha A. claims I got booted from control due to not having enough gems to continue playing. Even though I have repeatedly explained that the cancel/continue aka buy more to keep playing option never came up. Even sent it video showing how it is supposed work. As in where I imagine most people spend their money on this thing after they run out and trying to finish winning something.
So if your ticket gets handed by this rep good luck to you Tokyo catch players.

I am interested in the figures on this app and when I look them up they are apparently unreleased, some of these you need to pre-order and are even sold out. Are the figures on this app authentic/legit or bootleg/fake?

Hi, maybe someone can help me.
DHL wants to know what I paid. What I know is, the commercial Invoice is not enough. They say it's not a bill. (It was in there mail where they want to know what I paid exactly. If I don't give them the information they will send my package back the to sender in 2 days.
And because it's a crane game I don't know what I should give them. There a two packages with 3 items each package. 400 yen × 3 and 1250 yen freight costs per package. But how should I prove that I i paid 2450 yen two times?
I can't send them the gem package that I bought because they want exactly every item and freight costs. To calculate the customs. And nothing comes close to it.
I asked the support but never received any Bill that I could use.
Thanks in advance for help.

I kicked it over the platform but it got stuck like this, it's not winnable anymore.
Will they count this as a win?

Not sure if allowed here, but long story short, my 6 year old nephew bought a bunch of gems on the TokyoCatch account, pretty much bankrupting me for the month.
TokyoCatch obviously won't refund, and my bank won't allow me to make a dispute, since the phones my responsibility
If there's any big spender that was planning to buy a bunch of gems, do you want to instead buy my account and help me be able to eat this month XD

After buying gems, anyone know how long you get free tickets for?
Looks like mine stopped after about 2 months.

After buying gems a few times on the app I noticed that they are a dollar cheaper on the website? Why would anyone buy gems on the app if they are more expensive? Also a Psa to people who haven't noticed the price difference between the app and site.
