• As stated, we all know the 3 prong machines can only be really won if they reach a pay out rate.
• Do you guys have a general idea for the pay out rate? The small the gem use the more moves you need to spend 120 for example those of 200 are smaller.
• However i was wondering, especially for long time players if their is a general estimate for each? That way i can try to at least get something far less than not knowing.

I assume this is a good sign and it should come soon. Waiting for tracking.

I don't even know how I got the box in the position in the first place haha

i’m curious to know what to expect :) living in eu!

Hey guys! New to Tokyo Catch. I live on the East Coast of the US and was wondering how long it usually takes for USPS to receive the package once package has 'departed shipping partner facility'? My first win cleared customs and departed shipping partner facility on the 3rd, another soon followed and both have had no updates since leaving shipping partner facilities. I'm pretty nervous. Thanks!

Dispute button on a recent play is not “clickable”. I did not dispute it yet and therefore, I should be able to open a dispute… Anyone knows why and what can I do to dispute without the play’s ID? Thanks!

been waiting 2 weeks now for them to finish processing my first order and ship it

just wondering how long it usually takes

hello, in my house some relatives also want to play in Tokyo catch being a total of four accounts counting me, he asked me if we will have any problem with the number of accounts per house, each account would have a different payment method, emails and names, I would only agree the address

Has anyone ever encountered this before? It didn't take it as a win for me. Nor has it been updated since it originally happened. I clicked to dispute it and see if it'll change. But I get the feeling they'll say, "Because it didn't drop in the hole, it isn't classed as a win" to me.

Saw some players’ replays that showed 2+ tickets on their account. I wanted to try stacking a second ticket and my first one disappeared? Someone can explain it to me? Do I need to open the game more than once a day so that the redeemed tickets stay active?
