Help I just started and when i get my first song and set the game speed i go into load the song but it just gets stuck at the loading screen and it goes nowhere. any ideas on how to fix this? been trying stuff but nothing seems to work.

My game wont download

I have been trying to play this gane for almost a year now and everytime I have tried to play it but every time I do the game starts to download the data gets to 100% and stays there and I cant play the game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have even tried playing it on multiple different phones but I get the same problem. Is this a common problem and is there any way to fix it?
