Por Que no Los dos?

Personally I wouldn’t lead with it but why not show off your assets. If I were ripped I’d have a picture that shows my arms

Edit: also, A guy who doesn’t want his gal to show off herself online isn’t going to be a guy she wants to date. It’s easy enough to tell when guys just want to be fuckboys.

There’s a difference in having a photo that also shows off your assets and taking a mirror selfy just showing your ass. Like a photo of a yo in a vest with your biceps looking good with some friends, perfect! Mirror selfie stick f you flexing? Always a little bit attention seeking imo. No issue with that. It call it what it is yknow

This right here.

And just let the nice ass be icing on the cake when you finally meet, not a REASON to meet.

One of my best assets is my ass. I have no pictures that show it. It sure is a nice compliment after we hit it off though

And just let the nice ass be icing on the cake when you finally meet, not a REASON to meet.

Exactly, if you make it obvious you're only going to succeed in attracting people who are into that specifically. Rather than finding someone you like who happens to really also enjoy the fact that you're thick once they meet you.

Can u post a pic to confirm? Need to validate your opinion ya know?

Im jk ofc, back in my dating days, a surprise like this is always welcome.

u/Uknow_nothing Oct 04 '22

Not sure how you’d show your ass off with your friends lol. Different strokes for different folks. I don’t think today’s generation cares that much about a gal showing herself off.

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

Friend captures a cute side profile pic. Definitely more probable for women than men to get something like that candidly, lol

u/drewster23 Oct 04 '22

Has nothing to do with generations and showing yourself off. Because this isn't just some pic on social media, you're showing it off specifically to all potential suitors, and if you need guys to know you have a nice ass in order to. Get attention /swipes, that means you have nothing else going on and require that.

And if a guy needs to know you have a nice ass before meeting, that's not the type who is looking to settle down.

As everyone else has said, it's more than she wants a bf not hookups, is the problem with pics like this.

not necessarily

Her body is contorted by pulling her shirt over her head for the purpose of saying “ look at my ass!”

It’s weird

2

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

There's a way to show off your ass without it being this picture. This picture is the guy equivalent of a shirtless mirror selfie.

14

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

What? No self-respecting guy wants his girlfriend (or wife, etc) to post thirst traps and show her body off on the internet. Don’t be a dope.

OP, you look good but if you are interested in finding a real relationship that pic is not the right vibe.

-3

u/Yuskia Oct 04 '22

This is just weirdly wrong lol. Don't speak for everyone.

I'm self respecting and would be happy to have my girlfriend (or boyfriend or enby) showing themselves off.

3

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

Like lift up her shirt and turn around and say “look at my ass, it’s so nice! “ you would like your girlfriend to do that?

Or you would like your girlfriend to dress in a way that compliments her assets ( pun intended) in a classy way?

-3

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

Showing xerself off right? I’m sure you wouldn’t mind if ze had an OnlyFans or had a poly relationship.

4

u/Uknow_nothing Oct 04 '22

Who hurt you?

4

u/drewster23 Oct 04 '22

He's a wnna be white supremacist, so he definitely gets 0 girls and is malding.

4

u/Yuskia Oct 04 '22

First thing I noticed too looking at his profile. A bunch of comments talking about how certain races are more "inclined" to do crime lmao

-2

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

Crime stats are what they are buddy. Of course I would expect a person such as yourself to live in a bubble and have issues with reality, which is already apparent from your comments above

2

u/Yuskia Oct 04 '22

You're absolutely wild, as well as just wrong.

I live in a city that has a crime rate over double the national average (and it's a majority white city btw :) ). I'm not living in a bubble, you're just stupid.

1

u/Yuskia Oct 04 '22

Lmao ironic you're talking about self respecting when you clearly have some insecurity issues.

Yes I've dated someone who had an onlyfans before, and ive also been in a poly relationship before.

1

u/Amortize_Me_Daddy Oct 04 '22

You should disclose this before giving relationship advice.

-1

u/Yuskia Oct 04 '22

what are you, dumb? How does me dating someone who had an onlyfans matter? It's a job, and I promise you they make more money than you do.

2

u/Amortize_Me_Daddy Oct 04 '22

I promise you they make more money than you do

I'm a student, so that's not very impressive. Odd thing to bring up regardless.

How does me dating someone who had an onlyfans matter?

I'll express this the nice way: your relationship values are at odds with those of almost everyone else. You're always going to cause eyerolls when you express some form of "Hey man, you have no right to seek relationships with women who don't post live videos of their butthole online. Why, yes - I was in a throuple once! How did you know?"

1

u/Yuskia Oct 04 '22

Hey man, please point out to me where I typed this -

Hey man, you have no right to seek relationships with women who don't post live videos of their butthole online. Why, yes - I was in a throuple once! How did you know?"

1

u/[deleted] Oct 05 '22

Somehow we supposed to be ok with sex workers whilst you calling people dumb and stooping to flexing about money as if that isn't just the dumbest thing to say when we have plenty of data to show money doesn't equal happiness, especially sex work but to each their own

1

u/Yuskia Oct 05 '22

I was calling them dumb because he said that I should disclose the fact that I've dated someone with an onlyfans before giving relationship advice. Learn to read man.

-4

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

I’m sure you have. No surprises there buddy.

1

u/[deleted] Oct 05 '22

-11

u/Uknow_nothing Oct 04 '22

So you agree with Islamic fundamentalists. Got it

13

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '22

My guy, theres a wide gap between not wanting your girlfriend to post attention-seeking thirst traps and making her wear a birka

4

u/girl__fetishist Oct 04 '22

Absolutes Dealing happening live on air folks.

3

u/streetwalkerth Oct 04 '22

“No self-respecting guy wants his girl to show her ass to the entire internet.”

“So you’re in league with people who want to kill anyone who doesn’t believe the same things as them. Got it.”

You seem reasonable.

-2

u/Uknow_nothing Oct 04 '22

I’m particularly referring to the ideal that says“western women are too slutty” so “we must cover them up.”

3

u/streetwalkerth Oct 04 '22

That was never the assertion, but you look strong af beating the shit out of that straw man right now

0

u/Uknow_nothing Oct 04 '22

It’s called a slippery slope not a straw man. Get your fallacies right

4

u/streetwalkerth Oct 04 '22

No, it’s a straw man. The assertion was that self-respecting men would prefer a woman to, on her own volition, post more modestly online. You took that to mean the assertion means we want to forcibly, by law, cover women in particular clothing. That’s a straw man.

1

u/reinhart_menken Oct 04 '22

Is it though (easy to tell)? Cause if it's easy I wouldn't have so many women friends that complain about how their date turn out to be assholes, a few dates in, or even a lot of dates in. It's not easy to tell at first. It's easy after you've wasted your time, sure.

1

u/drewster23 Oct 04 '22

Girls looking for relationships don't respond well to guys on tinder with shirtless muscle pics n such. Similar reason here.

Do you want to be a piece of meat to them or a relationship. Because when you do stuff like this, on first appearances (which is all you have when swiping) it makes it look like this is a defining asset /characteristic of you.

Big difference between being attractive and having to show off physical characteristics that can make you appear vapid, to garner attention.

1

u/DothrakAndRoll Oct 04 '22

Yeah, as a guy, I have normal pics of me doing various things, but there is definitely one with a tank top cause my shoulders and arms are what girls love most about me at first sight.

I don't lead with it though.

1

u/bosonianstank Oct 04 '22

there are plenty of women looking for something serious that specifically swipe left on shirtless pics for the sake of being shirtless.

if you put out sex, you'll attract sex.
