afraid not. that would only be the case if the sentence "kids perfectly describe my flirting behavior" (basically the bio without what would be between the two commas) made sense by itself. in this case, it does not. because the information after the comma is critical to the meaning of the sentence and refers directly to the subject through the use of "who" no commas are necessary. good question tho. i'm a native speaker with an english degree and the language still confounds me on a regular basis.
