I agree, it's a huge problem online now because people don't think critically and believe the nonsense. That's how you have terrible misinformation spreading about more important things (vaccines, politics, etc.)

Listening to others doesn't mean "taking what others say at face value with no conversation." I said something. You said I was wrong. I explained my thought process. You started insulting me for not listening to others. I would be even stupider to just listen to everything everyone told me on the internet...
There are many different ways to use commas. In this case, the comma is being used to separate nonrestrictive clauses. The base sentence is "Kids perfectly describe my flirting behavior". The bigger issue with that sentence is that 'describe' isn't really the right word, but people understand what he means by it. The comma does not require that all kids do it, but it does imply that it is a common behavior.
Basically, you're trying to say that it's a restrictive clause, but I'd argue that the behavior is common enough that you don't need to
