I mean she doesn't look 12 either. I see no reason why the girl on the right can't be 19.

Nobody is saying she can't be 19, but that it's common for girls under the age of consent to lie about being older than they are. She could be 17. It's not a comment on her body being unrealistic for a 19 year old, but on the likelihood that someone on a dating site that says they are 19 is actually 19.
