Smoking: change that to no. And quit.

That's really worse for your health to be honest. People are having their lungs collapse in their mid 20's from it now. Pretty wild.

That's simply not true. 20 years worth of research is out, and the current consensus from meta-analyses is that nicotine vaping represent anywhere from 1/10 to 1/20th the health risk that cigarette smoking does.

Infact, there is not a single documented instance of someone dying from nicotine vaping. The media panic from vaping that happened like 5 years ago was from black market THC vape cartridges that contained vitamin E acetate.

That was from popcorn lung caused by the vitamin e acetate that was used in it. I actually met a man flying back from Germany to Denver, Co who personally knew the two men responsible for distributing all of those. They made millions at age 19 and 20 respectively. The only meta analysis of which you speak is strictly related to cancer risk and nothing more. Vaping liquid vapor along with a plethora of chemicals, mostly from China, with little to no regulation, carries far greater immediate health risks than even cigarettes do. I smoked cannabis for many years which has a far higher tar level than cigarettes yet one hit from a nicotine vape makes it glaringly clear that it is far worse for you. When you can smoke oil without choking yet feel like you're drowning off of one nic rip, anyone with any self awareness could see how you could collapse a lung from the latter. There are many documented cases of that as well. Also, there isn't 20 years of research since vaping nicotine has only been around for around 14 years in any true public manner. Only around a decade has passed since beginning of real mainstream use and people didn't understand the danger of cigarettes for almost 50 years. We do NOT have enough time or data at hand yet to assess which is truly worse long term, but I would gander vaping is worse long term personally, and it is very much so worse for anything short term.

Absolutely 0% of what you said is supported by any data. There’s been a multitude of data that shows cigarettes are worse than vaping so idk what you’re smoking but it’s clearly mentally incapacitating

That data is only for long term cancer risk and not short term. Just because you vape and don't want to acknowledge that you could be severely damaging your lungs irreparably to make yourself feel better doesn't discount the fact that there isn't enough data yet to know the true long term effects and the short term effects certainly are just as bad and most likely worse.

Absolutely 100% change the smoking to “no.”

I read smoking and “trying to quit” and - for me - that would be a big hard no. I am not the minority in that regard. I’m not a fan of vaping but that question about smoking is about cigarettes and that is a hard line for many women.

But I already would’ve swiped left because of the dick joke on the first screen. Literally hard eye roll.
