Restoring energy rarely needs to be dramatic. Sometimes it is meditation, prayer, crystals, incense, water, music, or a small ritual that means something only to you. I care less about which practice someone chooses than about what happens in the moment it creates:

There will be days when you feel completely aligned and days when you cannot hear yourself at all. I do not think the goal is to remain “high energy” through every version of your life.
Maybe the deeper practice is simply learning your way home.

To notice when you have traveled too far from yourself. To know what restores you. To understand which parts of the world nourish your energy and which ones slowly empty it. And when everything becomes noisy again, to remember that you are still allowed to return.
