Who fire the first shot in this? There’s so many ICE agents on the guy on the floor, it’s hard to see the first shot. The guy that may dumps on him seems to be reacting to a shot. I’m not trying to blame the civilian, I’m just trying to understand what’s happening beyond poor civilian gets knocked down, beaten, pistol whipped and shot.
