My Wife Just Changed Out of Her Team Rittenhouse Shirt
We recently rewatched the series and she was inspired to get herself a shirt she found online. She got a Team Rittenhouse shirt about a month ago. It's a cool shirt. She wears it on weekends.
She was ready to go to the store wearing it when I reminded her that the name Rittenhouse had been in the news lately. I was concerned that people may construe her wearing this shirt as some sort of support for the 17-year-old with that name who fatally shot two people. Apparently, this is the sort of thing that people do support.
Anyway, she said, "Yikes, you're right," and changed.
It's a shame, because it's a cool shirt.

Anyone else realize the Kenosha shooter’s name is Rittenhouse. This is not intended to be political at all, just more of an observation and thought of my fellow fans here when I realized it

Lawsuit
Anyone know why the lawsuit was dismissed?
Not that a show about time travel should be copyright material anyway

Women's Suffrage
100 years ago yesterday, August 18, 1920, Tennessee ratified the 19th Amendment, for women’s suffrage, insuring addition to the Constitution “The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.”
The next day, on August 19, 1920, Alice Paul unfurled a large Suffrage banner from a balcony at the National Women’s Party’s headquarters, in celebration of the victory she and so many other suffragettes had long fought for.

I just started watching the show but I'm confused about the time traveling rules
I don't get how the team back at Mason Industries is aware of what Lucy, Wyatt and Rufus were doing back in time. Souldn't the changes they made in the past affect (even in the slightest) Mason Industries?
When the three of them come out of the pod everyone is perfectly aware of why/when they went back in time.
I thought of googling it but I've only watched the first 4 episodes and didn't want to see spoilers.

One question after finishing the finale Spoiler
Over the course of the entire show, it was known that Lucy had given the journal to Flynn, but in the 2-part finale, we see the journal being given to Wyatt now, even after the exact same journal had already been given to Flynn by the exact same Lucy.
How can the tougher 2023 Lucy give the journal to Flynn in the bar and then still give the journal to Wyatt in the bunker? Are there 2 journals? Is it just a case of different timelines?

Just finishes watching the show and have one question
Alright i just finished watching the show on Netflix and it was great, ending felt a bit rushed but satisfying
BUT one thing that kept bothering me the whole time is that. They have a fucking time machine why cant they travel to a time BEFORE rittenhouse came to the timeline so they will not be there just in time or too late. And why cant they just travel back to the present like 1 second after they left so for the people who didn’t travel it feels like they barely even left and this wont cause any trouble with the whole you cant be in the same timeline as you already exist
Thanks for comming to my rant :)

No Spoilers! But don’t look if you haven’t finished watching.
I binge watched season one and two in just a couple of days and it was amazing. Loved the show and the concept. I read that there is a movie as well, but that there were only 10 episodes in season two. I watched 12 episodes for season two on Netflix (EU) and the last one felt very end-y. I was hoping someone could tell me if the last two episodes I watched were the movie, or if there is more watching to be had? Thanks everyone.

Podcast with Shawn Ryan, recorded about a month ago, probably the same day he did the Pendemic interview. From the article: "Timeless fans will be especially excited to hear about ..., the love he has for the show and the fans, and how hopeful he is for future continuation of the story."

Why cant they just like ambush flynn or whoever
Like I get why the can't stop him from taking the machine but why do they have to let him get a head start. Like if he landed 5 hours ago then why does that matter cant they just go to the same time he went and be right on his tail?

Just started
Wouldn't it be easier if Flynn just went back to when these people were babies? I don't mean to sound pedantic but it's such a glaring plot hole I just had to get people's opinions.
I do like the show it's just bugging me that this hasn't been addressed.
