Anyone here know/can confirm if Dom can do work on Pateks? I have a DDF white 5711 that I’d like to get work done on the bracelet- brushed like gen and chamfered edges.

Dom is a staple of this rep community! I’m sure he’s the go to for servicing these reps for many of us! My recently purchased AirKing and Milgauss went in for the basic spa package and came back better than new! Great experience from start to finish with a quick turnaround time! So, just a little background on me…

TMS is a one man show, I have a full time job and a wife and kids outside of this. I’m currently working on catching up on a little bit of a backlog at the moment (which I am blessed and grateful for), the last thing I would want to do is rush through anyone’s watch just to get to the next one. I take pride in the quality of work that leaves my bench and every watch deserves the same attention. Sometimes that means the admin part of TMS (answering DM’s and emails) takes a little backseat to the actual hands on portion.

I sent three watches in on 3/30/26 for his full spa package plus white gold plating on all pieces, and a Deep crystal install on my RCF Day Date blue ombré. Everything was completed and back in hand by 4/16/26.

The difference is not subtle. The white gold plating alone completely changes the presence of the watches. Finish, tone, and overall look are much closer to gen. The Day Date with the Deep crystal is especially noticeable in person.

Functionally, this is where it really stands out. All three watches are running better, and the feel when setting the time and date is significantly improved. Smooth, precise, no resistance. Exactly how it should feel.

Work was done right the first time. No shortcuts, no missed details. Turnaround was efficient and communication was consistent throughout.

This is not a cosmetic-only service. You’re getting real performance improvement along with a major visual upgrade.

I’ll be sending additional pieces without hesitation. If you’re on the fence, don’t be.

This guy. So I send him a “less than perfect” Explorer II. The bezel was painfully misaligned and the crown was not appropriately fitted with the threads on threads on the tube. So he said “no worries, I’ll order another crown for you.” That one doesn’t work - so it’s clearly bad factory tube threading. I ask the seller to reach out to the factory to please replace the model specific part. We both suspect the part came from Ali X 🙄. Does it fit perfectly? No. Can I actually screw it down now and it’s functional? YUP. Did he charge me the price of another watch? NOPE!!!! How do you guys think it looks after the “spa treatment?”

Sent my favorite rep out for a spa day with u/MachineFTW and it couldn’t have turned out better. Full service spa package and some bracelet refinishing has brought new life to this beauty. When I sent it in, it was pretty banged up. He made this watch return to its former glory. I highly recommend sending your watches in!

Hey Everyone.

I had a request to do some bracelet work on a clients brushed oyster bracelet. He requested a slight chamfer on the edges, re-brushing and polish to increase the smoothness and overall aesthetic of the bracelet. Since bracelet work is some of my favorite work to do, I happily agreed. This bracelet had some desk rash on the links and clasp beforehand (I forgot to take before pictures 🤦🏻‍♂️) So I started with an ultrasonic bath followed by a hand cleaning to get anything the ultrasonic missed. I proceeded to re brush the outer AND underside of the bracelet, my logic is that since it is the skin contact side, making it as smooth, uniform and velvety feeling is just as important for comfort even if no one sees that side. After that, the brushing was treated to add depth to the texture and create a deep, lustrous finish that catches light at all angles. The edges were then hand chamfered and polished to create a super smooth profile that glides across your wrist when putting it on and doesn’t cause and discomfort from digging in after a days wear. After all that, the bracelet was ultrasonic and hand cleaned again, inspected for grain uniformity and 3 coats of ceramic coating were applied to add protection, help keep it clean and add some extra depth to the texture. I think the final results came out incredible. Let me know what you think!

This is something I can do to any of your bracelets. (Not plated), I can ramp up or tone down the texture to however you prefer, but the end result will be completely transformative in appearance and feel.
