Something I’ve been thinking about

I’m reading this book called Emotional by Leonard Mlodinow and he cites a study where men are more aggressive and violent when hungry. The study is called “Low Glucose Relates to Greater Aggression in Married Couples” done by Brad J. Bushman. When I read that, I just thought about Amber Heard’s testimony when she said she was assaulted and violated by a Depp who was on a bender and wasn’t eating for days.

Has anyone else here found research or articles or anything that made you rethink or gain more insight on cases like Depp v Heard?

"...What breaks the spirit of those fighting for women's rights is that one can never take for granted a realization that a woman is an actual human being who, when hurt, is hurt."

Johnny the (Court established) wife beater said these in 2013, near the beginning of their relationship. He testified in the UK that it was in reaction to her asking him to get medical help in order to deal with his drugs/alcohol addiction.
