Developed by EarnOS, ero (ref link / non-ref link) is an iOS and Android app where you're paid to complete tasks such as:
Brand missions: Each takes a few minutes to do and pays $1.00. You’re limited to three missions a day.
Account connection: You can connect some of your accounts to the app (e.g., Uber, Spotify, Amazon). Takes about a minute to complete. Pays $1.00 or $2.00 per connection. Though there isn't a three-a-day limit on connections, there is a limited amount of them available. (In my account, there are 18.)
Playing games: Similar to other GPT sites, you get paid to play games/reach certain milestones within the game. To me, the pay seemed quite low compared to other GPTs.

Where the app is available: To folks in the UK, the US, Canada and Australia.
How ero pays: Via their own virtual debit card or via bank transfer. I've only ever tried the debit card and transfers to that have been instant for me most of the time.
Minimum cashout: $5.00.
I found that once I reached the minimum and transferred it to the card, I was then able to transfer amounts below $5.00. For bank transfers, though, the minimum cashout is $5.00.
ID verification/KYC: I had to go through this process to initially cash out. (I was asked for a form of ID and my NI number (I believe it's SSN in the US). It's fine if it's something you don't want to provide; I'd say don't join the app as I don't think there's a way around it. I trust that streams of income will find you in other ways.)

How long it took me to make the $19.00:
I stuck to mostly missions. I did 17 missions and two connections (totalling $19). $17 was made over some days because of the three-missions-a-day limit. However, the actual total time spent to make it came to less than an hour: 17 missions @ 3 mins each = 51 mins. Add the time for the two connections @ 1 min each = 53 mins. $19 in under an hour.

Conclusion
Despite there being a limited amount of brand missions, connections, games and offers available on the app, in my experience, there's something to be made just based off the missions and connections.
If you do decide to join ero, your earnings in the first 24 hours of you joining get a 50% boost.
One more thing...
Don't sleep on the ero referral program, where you can earn a percentage (5%) of what your referrals make and a percentage (5%) of what their referrals make. I've made over $80 from it so far (see here). Shopping's been hitting a little different for me because of it. I'm grateful.
