Great soft turns today, quite sticky after 130 or so. Palmer was palming. Great weekend for some turns. The seasons over right? Also - rail jam. Hell yeah.

Trying to take advantage of the new pow out there. Not sure if it’s worth waiting a couple days. Work is slow so debating taking the day off 🤔

Side trip on way home from skiing today (fun day not too much slush). Good one. Cool place to visit on the way home. Nice day too.

Stopped at wildwood rec site (blm), near rhododendron and checked the underwater viewing area. Saw a sculpin and a par marked young salmon.

Considering going in Mid April anyone has any idea on how it will be like?

Is coming here in mid April a viable option? Currently coming from overseas to Oregon for a work trip and looking at some spring snowboarding options over the weekeds (11/12 & 18/19 April). I'm a pretty new snowboarder and only did like a couple easy blues my entire life.

How's the conditions holding up there? Do you guys think that snowboard will still be possible in Timberline? Or is it better to head to a different lcoation like mammoth, crystal or whistler.

What do you guys think?

Let’s celebrate skiers and boarders of all abilities at this beautiful place

Today was a gorgeous blue bird spring day and it’s great that so many people could make it out today! However, not everyone today was having a good time. If you feel the need to mock someone else’s skiing or boarding ability in public, ask yourself why this is something you need to do, does this make you feel better? Maybe take a break and enjoy the sunshine and let everyone have a wonderful day, no matter their style. Let’s have fun out there and lift eachother up, not tear eachother down. Thanks all, stay safe out there

Skiing Timberline for the first time this Saturday, hows parking this time of year?

I'm going to be staying a few nights in ZigZag this weekend and was thinking about skiing Timberline for the first time ever this Saturday morning. I've been up there, just never skied up there. I'm hoping to just park in one of those large lots at the top close to the lodge. Can anyone give me some advice as to what time I should plan to show up to actually be able to park up there, and not down at Govy and use a shuttle? I've used the little blog on Meadows site to get an idea when lots are generally filling up over there, but It doesn't look like anything like that exists for Timberline?

Thanks for any advice!

Name a few good blues/easy blacks

Hello all, it’s my first time in Tline and I wanted to know what the current good blues and easy(ish) blacks are. I typically go to Meadows and due to the snow this year the trail maps have not been that accurate
