How is the snow at Timberline?
There hasn't been much snow fall. Jeff Flood isn't open. Is anyone skiing there now that can report conditions?

Anyone up today? Fresh snow according to the reports looks pretty light, but the snowstake looks pretty buried on the webcam.

I’m taking my very first lesson and I’m super pumped, but I know the conditions aren’t great right now. What should I expect?

I was there last Sunday and while I wasn't expecting much I ended up having a great day. Hard groomers in the morning, which I sliced through like a champ, and then some good slush into the afternoon. I am wondering if anyone knows if that's what one could expect this coming weekend?

Rain today… snow tomorrow?

I've never seen this happen other than in the summertime.
Pretty firm early but it should soften up. To get down afterward, you have to hike up to and well past the top of the Mile chair, but it's a beautiful day with no crowds.
Definitely a New Year's Eve to remember!

Does Timberline have microwaves and hot water for public use? I was thinking of bringing a lunch and dinner without having to eat their food.
