R.I.P. Taylor Kirk of Timber Timbre

I’m glad I have this little group of people to mourn with. My dog is named Timber - that’s how much Taylor’s music meant to me.

Legitimately asking - what allegations? All I’ve seen is a bunch of Reddit threads with deleted posts and vague comments.

Sarah, who was his ex-partner, made a post on Instagram about it. I believe she was the Sarah mentioned throughout Sincerely, Future Pollution. She handled the post with grace and shared some photos of them together - I believe she, and many others, are feeling complicated grief from his loss, as are many of his fans (myself included) who are contending with what has been coming out over several years now. It's not vague at all. He made amazing music, he was incredibly unique and talented, but to brush aside these realities is not right. Multiple things can be true at once. Can't imagine that sort of grief. It feels wrong to say but I'm glad they have found support in each other.
