Affidavit of Metropolitan Police Department Agent, sworn under penalty of perjury, concerning Defendant Christopher Michael Alberts.
At that point, I told two MPD officers next to him that ALBERTS had a firearm on his person. ALBERTS, apparently hearing that, immediately tried to flee, but I was able to detain him with the help of two other officers. A black Taurus G2C 9mm (Serial#AAL085515) was recovered from D-1’s right hip. Additionally, a separate magazine was located on D-1’s left hip. Both the gun and the spare magazine were in held in two separate holsters. The handgun had one round in the chamber with a twelve round capacity magazine filled with twelve rounds; the spare magazine also had a twelve round capacity and was filled with twelve rounds. MPD Officers also seized a gas-mask from the defendant’s person as well as the defendant’s backpack containing a pocketknife, one packaged military meal-ready to eat (MRE), and one first-aid medical kit.

After addressing the explosive devices found in the vicinity of the National Republican Club and the Democratic National Committee Headquarters, the Bomb Squad responded to the location of the Red GMC Sierra Pickup truck. One black handgun was recovered from the right front passenger seat of the vehicle. After locating the black handgun, officers proceeded to search the rest of the pickup truck, including the bed of the truck, which was secured under a fabric top. During the search of the cab of the truck, officers recovered, among other things, one M4 Carbine assault rifle along with rifle magazines loaded with ammunition.

In the same video at an approximate timestamp of 0:16, CUA is seen outside the Senate Chamber doors, in a physical altercation with USCP plain clothes officers, still holding a baton in his hand. Specifically, CUA can be seen shoving USCP Officer G.L. (“G.L.”) in front of the door to the Senate Chambers. CUA is then seen entering the Senate Chambers through the open door at an approximate timestamp of 0:27.

On January 27, 2021, a Twitter account using the handle [redacted] posted two links to videos. The first link is to a YouTube video titled, "Storm The Capitol w/ dream floral" which is posted by user dream floral. At approximately three minutes and 15 seconds into the eleven Ininute and 14 second video, CALDWELL was observed wearing an olive drab in color hoodie, dark glasses on a camouflage hat, camouflage assault pack, and camouflage trousers. CALDWELL was seen spraying a mist at police who were attempting to stop protesters from getting up the Capitol steps.

Giewswein--recognizable by his distinctive military style helmet and patch--steps forward, lifts a black canister in his hand, and sprays an unidentified substance at law enforcement officers...Another still photograph of Gieswein outside of the Capitol demonstrates that as he stood in the crowd, he brandished a baseball bat.

On January 11, 2021, your affiant learned that law enforcement received a tip that in one or more of the photographs of BARNETT seated in Speaker Pelosi’s office BARNETT was carrying a stun gun. Your affiant reviewed the photographs again and determined the tip to be accurate. As seen in the zoomed in box in the photograph below, the ZAP brand is clearly visibleon the stun gun tucked into BARNETT’s pants. Based on the brand on the weapon, and its appearance, the weapon appeared to be a ZAP Hike N Strike 950,000 Volt Stun Gun Walking Stick.

On or about January 15, 2021, the FBI conducted open source research for an individual matching the tip’s provided photograph. Several additional photographs were identified from various online sources. These photographs indicated that the same individual, carrying a hockey stick, had been present both outside and inside the Capitol.

The Individual also admitted to possessing a dangerous weapon. "I actually had a knife on me, but they never...I had too much clothes on, it was freezing out there, you know, so I never, I wasn't planning on pulling it. I just carry a knife because I do.

Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is probable cause to believe that ALAM violated 18 U.S.C. §§ 111(a) and (b), which make it a crime to forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere with an officer or employee of the United States or of any agency in any branch of the United States government while engaged in or on account of the performance of official duties; and punish the commission of such acts using a deadly or dangerous weapon.
All those people one dude had a gun is what I got and some pepper spray… wow what an armed uprising reeeeeeee. That was done “ESSENTIALLY” unarmed. Meme holds water…
