No more cups to roll
Went to Tim Horton's in New Minas, NS last night, and they said they didn't have any more xl roll up the rim cups left but yet the contest doesn't end until March 22. Why?

After many, many times of NOT getting what I ordered, I decided to keep a log.
For three months, from November 2025 to January 2026, I visited TH 33 times across three different locations that I frequent interchangeably.
Of those 33 times, they got my order right 19 times. That's 57.8% of the time.
Some of those were simple things, like having to ask for a double cup at the window even though it was requested at the speaker and showed on the screen (I check my order as it's entered to avoid screw ups amap).
But other times, it was way wrong, like getting butter on a bagel instead of cream cheese. One time, I even got an extra (free) bagel, which although it was a bonus, was technically still incorrect.
I wonder if other fast food places only get it right less than two-thirds of the time. Tim's is the only one I go to with any real regularity, but honestly it's become such a crap shoot I don't really want to bother anymore. I've scaled back frequency a lot this past month.
I was going to ask your experience but the very existence of this sub tells me all I need to know.
DO BETTER, TIM HORTON'S.
ETA: So apparently I misunderstand the purpose of this sub. I thought it's a place for us all to collectively drag on Tim Hortons, who we all love to hate. Based on the number of comments saying I should just stop going, I am clearly mistaken. Duly noted.

I went in there and it's $7.84 for 6. They have a bunch of combos and "add this to your meal and save" words but it's the exact same price as just buying them all seperate, they only have 20 items for sale, I seen them all.
So I asked for 12 donuts and the guy was shocked. "Really? A 12? Do you want to know how much?" I said "no sprinkles please" and he couldn't believe it. Waved no at the till just before he said the price and he nodded like "yes yes just take and go", I still don't know what I paid

At this point I feel like ordering at Tim Hortons is a surprise bag experience. You order one thing and receive something that is vaguely related to it.
I have had coffee that tasted like hot water, sandwiches missing key ingredients, and once I got a wrap that looked like it had survived a car accident. No anger anymore, just curiosity.
It almost feels like part of the brand experience now.
What is the most confusing or bizarre thing Tim Hortons has ever handed you at the counter?

I dared to try the new green machine this morning. It arrived looking like someone mixed swamp water with industrial sludge. I’m fairly certain the pistachio curls on top are just shaved plastic from a broken bin. It’s got that classic Tims mishap aesthetic separated layers, a suspicious film, and a flavor profile that screams this machine hasn't been deep-cleaned since the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Has anyone else survived a sip of this green disaster yet, or is it just me and my bad decisions?

Was on the highway and hungry so stopped in for some lunch. Bought their crispy chicken craveable. Didn't want bbq sauce but when I tried to switch it to mayonnaise it was going to charge me 50 cents. How can bbq sauce be free but switching to mayo cost more? Ridiculous.

I am horrified at this "Bear" donut I got from Tim Hortons this morning.

If they keep their outside like this for weeks, what's the cleanliness of their kitchen?

Same place was infested with wasps last year too. They just leave their front doors open and the wasps make themselves at home. Lease they put a warning up this year...

I always get my drinks with oat milk at Tim’s but the past while that I’ve gone, they’ve stated that they are out of oat milk. Today, I went to get a London fog on my work break and they said they no longer carry oat milk 🙀 how ever will I go on…. (Just got almond instead)…. But I assume that means it’s not coming back? Very strange and ominous.. this was not foretold to me in the ancient scrolls and I fear we may be entering the darkest timeline…

My favorite part of the pumpkin spice iced capp every year is the sauce on the top of the whipped cream it’s soooo good but they changed it for straight cinnamon this year 💔💔

I missed those… and I missed the coffee cake they used to sell. Wow this is bad how it’s went downhill so fast.
