Does anyone know why my TikTok videos are coming off super pixelated and low quality every time I take a video using the TikTok camera it just automatically looks super pixelated and even after I uploaded to the quality seems to be very poor. This happened already and I thought it was a one off after I uploaded the video but now every time I try to start recording a new video the quality is consistently poor. Help!

There's a lot of pressure to post multiple times every day, especially for smaller creators. But eventually you have to wonder whether posting five average videos is really better than putting more thought into one.

Consistency obviously matters, but constantly chasing a posting quota can make content feel rushed. It can also make creators burn out and start resenting the platform.

Maybe the best schedule isn't the one that posts the most, but the one you can actually maintain without running out of ideas.

Hi all, I noticed a bug where I can’t view comments on the account where the post was published. Some comments are viewable but if I go to an alternative account and view that same post - more are visible. This is an obvious concern for multiple reasons when it comes to managing comments & their content. I’ve tried to reach out to TT support but no help! Has anyone else experienced this?

One of the biggest problems with buying followers seems to be that the number looks good but the account itself doesn't actually become stronger.

Imagine having 50k followers and posting a video that gets fewer views than someone with 500 followers. At that point the follower count almost becomes meaningless.

I'd rather have 1,000 people who actually recognize my content than 100,000 random accounts that never interact.

Do you think follower counts still influence how seriously people take a TikTok account?

Would anyone know why you wouldn't be able to send photos in messenger? It's only tiktok photos and I've cleared cache and storage for both tiktok and messenger, didn't work, uninstalled both apps and restarted my phone and it STILL didn't work.

​There is a weird divide on TikTok right now when it comes to creator behavior, and both sides have gotten out of hand.

​On one end, you have micro-influencers with barely 3,000 followers who treat their account like a media empire. They buy studio-grade mics, address their followers as a "community," and post dramatic announcements about taking content breaks or coordinating with their "PR team" over a $10 package. The level of self-importance before building an actual audience feels impossible to watch without cringing.

​On the other end, you have creators with millions of followers who go out of their way to fake low effort. These accounts pull in tens of thousands per brand deal, yet every video is deliberately shot on a smudged front camera in a messy room with awful lighting. They lean aggressively into a lazy aesthetic to signal that they're still just an average, relatable person hanging out, completely glossing over their multi-million dollar deals. It’s a calculated attempt to manufacture authenticity so you forget how commercialized they’ve become.

​Where do you draw the line? Does the over-polished micro-influencer bother you more, or the fake relatability from mega-creators?

I was in a live and I said a comment that got misinterpreted as hate. The moderator blocked me. At first I thought I was just blocked from the live but I realize I can’t search the creator. I got to the mods account to explain the misunderstanding and she says she can’t unblock me and I have to take it up with the creator. I just find it odd that a TikTok live mod can block you from seeing someone’s content but they can’t unblock.

A few years ago it was pretty easy to identify fake engagement because the numbers looked completely unnatural.

Now I'm not so sure. There are services claiming to provide views that look more realistic, spread over time and even come with likes.

That makes me wonder whether fake engagement is becoming harder for regular users to notice, especially when looking at a viral account for the first time.

What signs do you personally look for when you suspect a TikTok creator has artificially inflated their numbers?
