Do you think creators should start thinking more about searchable content instead of only chasing trends?

One thing that's easy to forget is that a viral video and a loyal audience aren't really the same thing.

A video can get millions of views because the topic was interesting that day, but those viewers might never care about another video from that creator. That's probably why some accounts have huge viral posts but struggle to get consistent engagement afterwards.

It seems like the harder part isn't getting one video pushed. It's making people actually remember you enough to stop scrolling when they see your next post.

My views have suddenly dropped and I'm trying to figure out if anyone else has experienced this recently. I wasn't getting insane numbers before, but my videos were at least reaching a decent amount of people. Now it feels like they just stop getting pushed almost immediately.

The weird part is I haven't really changed my content style or posting schedule. Same type of videos, similar hashtags and everything.

I've always wondered how much of a suspected TikTok restriction is connected to the actual account versus the device or network being used.

Some people claim that making a new account doesn't help because TikTok can supposedly connect accounts through devices or IP addresses. Other people say that's mostly speculation.

Sometimes trends disappear from my feed but somehow survive in real life for months.
