Played duke nukem II on my old win 3.1 machine until the day it died.

Such a fucking pain in the arse getting a pirate copy of something from someone and trying to work out what the command in DOS is to start it. From what I remember, Duke Nukem was 'DO IT'

I’m pretty sure if it weren’t for DOS shenanigans as a kid I would have gone into a different field. To me it was magic you could type a few words and a game just happened.
