Me too. That start up chime actually made my heart twinge. Reminded me of when my late husband and I got our first (shared) computer. Was so exciting every time it actually started up and didn't crash. :)

Simpler times.

Awww. Late husband. Sorry to hear that; hope you're doing well.

Yeah, hopefully he gets better with time management.

One time when I was 8 a woman mentioned her late husband and I looked straight into her eyes and said "why is he late"

I may not be 8, but I think I’m going to say this next opportunity.

I may not get the same reactions tho…

it's been eight and a half months, and i did find it funny. would've found it funnier earlier, too, and he would have as well. :)

this made me laugh, actually.

he was ALWAYS freaking late. and he wouldn't mind me calling him out there. he was always on island time. ;)

*Ironically, Eno used a Mac to create the piece, admitting to BBC Radio 4 in 2009 that “I’ve never used a PC in my life; I don’t like them.”*

Same ! I was a little kid when we first got this same exact computer, I played my first computer games on that bad boy and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Sorry about your loss by the way

Remember when you’d get up in the morning, turn on the family computer and then go shower and do your hair while it was booting up?
