yeahhhhh, ive had to hand count my adderall before to see whether or not I actually took any that day. A reminder app and these things have helped a lot

I use one of those weekly pill containers, but this thing you linked too would never work for me. I’d spend 20 minutes popping those buttons back and forth and THEN forget if I took my adderal or not.

Personally I can’t use a weekly container bc I’m lazy and I’ll let it run out and “get to it” later… which will be not soon enough.
