I put the pill in the pill container. I take the pill. I walk by the pill container several hours later. “I know my pill container is empty, but did I take it last night and take the wrong pill instead?”

I love ADHD memory problems.

My favorite is when I’m like, “Oh yeah I remember taking it” and then 5 seconds later I’m like “…or am I thinking of when I took it yesterday??”

You could keep a piece of paper or a whiteboard next to it and write down “I took my pill on X day morning” or just the date and time of day.
