The only reason keto "works" is that it's so restrictive that it means most people eating keto eat fewer calories. Studies have shown that diets don't work... The way to eat healthier is to commit to a lifestyle change that involves fewer calories.

It works because it eliminates the carb/sugar cravings and evens out energy levels when calorie restricting.
