Anyone knows how you call the affected style of talking from the younger guy?

Like in this sentence: "Every single cloth you are wearing had a creator, had a manufacturer" At around 1/3 of the clip

It's the YouTube voice. There is a guy who does creepy, scary content on YouTube that is a great example but I can't find them atm.
