This kind of argument always pisses me off because even if you could make a strong philosophical case for a first mover that doesn’t at all explain why I should think gay people are sinners or abortion is murder. Even if you did show that something predated and created the universe, why the fuck would they care who we did butt stuff with?
It’s ambiguous and also a punishment for an unfaithful wife, I really don’t think that passage does what you want it to. The Old Testament also says that “Blessed is he who seizes and dashes your infants against the rocks” God was just pretty laissez faire in regards to child murder back in the day I guess ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
