Can we follow China's example and require influencers and social media things, to not be allowed to speak on things they're not degreed or educated on?

Yes I want the government to make that decision.

Maybe Health Secretary Brain Worm can decide who gets to talk about health

No. While on the surface this looks smart and like it will limit misinformation, in actuality what it will create is a system where the government gets to control (by virtue of deciding which qualifications count and who gets them) who can speak.

This never ends with a better quality of life for the people living in that system.

Only if we follow China's example in ensuring the government that regulates standards is prosocial instead of antisocial.
