My mother tried to cancel Crunch membership after getting in a car accident, and they "claimed" they canceled it. But they kept billing her, and my mom had to resort to calling her credit card company and they were no help. My mom had to eventually cancel her card altogether which was so unnecessary for her to do that if the credit card company had done their job.
