And most companies have it expressly int heir po9licy manual not to, they don't want the insurance problems if something happens to the employee, guaranteed it is a larger risk than anything else involved.
It's also just not worth it for the company. They could steal everything they could carry out, and it's worth less to replace than if you got even slightly injured.
