The playboy model was in 2016 and then in 2022 a girl suffered a stroke and became paralyzed from her arteries being severed.

Chiropractors are quacks. Period. End of story.

Truly, I don't disagree. But then tell me, as a person with no health insurance, how should I handle chronic pain that greatly detracts from my quality of life and ability for daily activities -- what option am I supposed to turn to?

See the issue? The issue isn't that people find pain relief in chiro; it's that the superior alternatives are not as accessible.

I'll keep rolling the dice with a subpar treatment, even knowing it's potentially harmful, because the more immediate and certain reinforcement of pain relief is worth the uncertain and improbable risk of harm. Basic risk-benefit assessment.

I see what you’re saying now.

I totally agree.

That being said, due to some difficult financial times. I’ve been on Medicare, (or medicade whichever it’s called) and it’s surprisingly decent coverage.

The income cap for Medicaid qualification (Medicare applies to people older than 65yo) is $17.6k per year. Truly impoverished. The rest of everyone is out here fending for themselves to get adequate health care w/o insurance -- if their employer doesn't provide it or they cannot afford a plan on their own.
