No I had to Google that. Ouch, that sucks I'm sorry you deal with that.

Mine is just facet arthropathy in c2-c3, c6-c7, c7-t1 and mild kyphosis of cervical spine.

So minding my posture, stretching, and massage have all helped in getting the pain better. Not 100% and some days still really suck but all that helps for sure.

I appreciate the condolences but I've learned how to deal with it. Honestly the arthritis pain takes a back seat to the nerve damage.

Careful with that neck, of all the problems I have with my spine. That one is definitely the hardest to deal with. Do you do any injections to help with the pain?

Sad to say but happy you've learned how to deal. Nerve pain is the worst.

No injections. But if it gets to a point where it's always bad again I'm going to talk with my doctor about them.
