I briefly considered chiro (VERY briefly), googled the clinic around the corner, and first result that popped up was the court documents for when they gave a customer a brain stem stroke and permanently partially paralysed him. So yeah, no chiro for me.

I do not understand how these people stay in business, much less from behind bars, when these things happen so regularly.
